I’m the former Co-Owner of Wimmer Construction in Edmond, OK where we specialized in building, remodeling and white box build outs of dental offices. Also, a custom home builder for a home costing $900K - $1.5M. I experienced some major life events and moved to Tulsa, OK. I’m back in the game and my goal is to crush it in the Tulsa Metro and Oklahoma City metro. I don’t wish to return to Dental office remodels because the equipment suppliers have figured out there is money in that industry and have now created a division that could beat my prices. I’m very used to working with subcontractors, filling out AIA G702-1972, percentage of completion calculations, timelines, material purchases and cost analysis. I originally have a background in accounting where I served as a financial controller driving KPI’s and maximizing profits. Hobby is landscaping and I have been hired on occasion for landscape design services. Hell of an interior designer too! I love taking something old and ugly and creating a fresh new look to extend the usability of it. This is why I love flipping homes.
