I currently work as an immigration counselor at a non-profit. My work is fulfilling, but I want financial freedom without missing out too much on life; meaning, I know keeping an eye on expenses is just as important as revenue, but I'd like to enjoy the things I like. Experience: I've purchased a studio condo as a primary residence. I am in the middle of purchasing a new home build and about to rent out the condo. Real Estate Goals: I would love to have enough passive income, through rental properties to cover all of my expenses so that I can continue working where I do, but use that money to acquire more assets. Currently Seeking: Right now I am looking for guidance on acquiring my next few rental properties. They will be my first purely investment purchases.
