I am in Philadelphia and I want to get into real estate investing. I excited and eager to learn. I have read multiple books, listened to podcast and attended seminars. Now with the help of the biggerpockets community I want to apply what I have learn with minimum mistakes. Experience: I am a novice and I still have my real estate training wheels. My only experience is from a duplex I purchased last September 2015 which I am using to house hack. Real Estate Goals: My short term goals are to gain more experience and knowledge as a buy and hold investor, make more connections, start a LLC and purchase my second multifamily. My Long term goals are to gain more experience and knowledge in real estate investing, make even more connections and purchase at least 1 to 2 multifamily properties every year for the next 3 to 5 years. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking investors, agents and like minded people in Philadelphia or the surrounding areas that will help me achieve my short term and long term goals and that will help me grow as an investor.
