Been investing periodically since 1998 after buying my 1st home. To date I have purchased several properties. Some were flips and others were held as rentals. I have had success with real estate as an investor thus far and can testify that it's possible to invest in real estate without being rich. I'm a 20 yr career draftsman of several disciplines and have always been involved in residential design and construction via family business. I'm wanting to take my experience and investing to the next level and make this a full time business for me. Experience: Started with a small home held for a year and half for rental then sold it. Became a real estate agent for about 3 yrs on a part time bases learning the business from both sides of the deal. I have acquired single family homes and 1 duplex. Currently searching for my next multifamily deal. Real Estate Goals: To grow my portfolio and reach the target niche in my market. Currently Seeking: Knowledge of acquiring money for my next deal and smart ways to grow my portfolio.
