Have lived all over the US, have owned SFR, MFR, and commercial properties in 6 states from California to Ohio. Have done a couple podcasts, have bought several turnkey, have kind of done it all. Both had great appreciation, and I've spun that off into over 30 units I own today across 4 states. Real Estate Goals: Currently: Paying down RE debt. Future: Buying more properties with cash.
