Lance Baxter

Hi everyone. I'm Lance Baxter and I recently began investing in foreclosure real estate back in Feb. 2015. I have bought 2 houses that I fixed up and currently have rented out and I am currently doing a complete rehab on a condo that I plan to sell when I have completed the remodel work. I got fed up with the Corporate world and quit my job back in Jan. I am 59 and investing in real estate has been something I've wanted to try for a long time. I have read a ton of books on real estate investing but the rules have changed since 2008 so I need as much advice and information as I can get. That is why I've joined this website. I hope to have a great relationship with the people on this site and exchange a lot of information. Thank you.
