My name is Lance Polvado. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Management Information Systems. As my full-time job, I do product management & corporate development for a healthcare performance improvement company. I own 2 rental properties in Dallas, TX and 1 primary resident (that will be converted to a rental in the next few months) in Denver, CO. I’m currently looking for additional BRRRR properties and multifamily investment opportunities in Dallas, Denver, or the state of Ohio.
