Lance Peterson

I am currently in the U.S. Army and working back close to home in the Omaha area for the Corps of Engineers. While being in the Army I have bought properties in KS, TX, Omaha, and I would like to buy more here in Omaha as I transition to private sector. Definitely a buy and hold rental property investor but I would be open to going in on other types of deals as a partner if the numbers work.
