I am an Investor and Credit Restoration expert that buys homes for clients with less than perfect credit, put them in the home on a lease option while I am restoring their credit, then 3, 6 or 9 months down the road when their credit is restored, I finance them out of the lease option contract. I can also add the last 2 YEARS rental history to their credit report to help increase their credit score. This is also a win for me because if they break their lease or leave the house/apartment in worst condition, I can leverage the negative rating that I can put on their credit report.
