Hi, if you found your way here then you probably clicked my profile and wondering a little about me. Anyway my name is Lance and I currently live in beautiful Corpus Christi, TX. I have a had a couple family members be involved with real estate, doing quite well. Now after picking their brains and reading tons of books, videos, etc there is only so much studying a subject before you just gotta take that leap. I am ready to take the plunge on finding that first deal. Ideally I would like to find a mentor or like minded individual that has either done a deal or has read and self learned a ton of knowledge like myself and is ready to make that plunge.
