I moved to Texas about 2 years ago with a vision: to own and manage the highest quality wholesale company in the Dallas area. I was named entrepreneur of the year finalist at my university and one of the top 25 student entrepreneurs in Utah for two years in a row. One of the two years I had two separate businesses in the top 5 in the state, the first ever to accomplish that feat. With both businesses in Utah I managed around 50 employees and millions of dollars a year in sales until I moved to Texas to start over after my brother died. Now I have transferred my entrepreneurial knowledge and experience to a different industry, real estate. My current company is Win Win Home Buyers LLC. WWHB is an expert in sourcing residential properties for real estate investors. Current operations are across the Dallas metroplex. WWHB's is equipped with experienced acquisitions, marketing, and closing teams. Implementation of strategy and experience ensures that properties are sourced directly from motivated sellers with the best pricing and terms negotiated to guarantee excellent returns for their investors. I have recently started my coaching and training venture. My passion has always been to teach people. I want nothing more than to help people succeed and have the success that I have seen and gotten myself. We work with licensed real estate agents, in-house and externally. Most have 10+ real estate industry knowledge. Employees have construction knowledge with some of our employees working with prominent contractors for the last 15 years. Employees have worked with software companies for general contractors and have many connections throughout the industries of GC's and Subs. Additional experience we have is in property management, flipping homes, buy- and-holds, 1031 exchanges, wrap mortgages, lease-to-own, rentals, commercial, residential, land, and much more! Real Estate Goals: I am selling assets in another market to start building my portfolio in the DFW market. I want to have 100 doors in the next 5 years. I plan to get there through 2-4 small apartment complexes and several single family properties. This year I want to finish with 25 doors. Currently Seeking: High performing people to hire and train to continue to grow our business.
