Beginner investor. Interested chiefly in buy-and-hold residential properties, both single and multi-family. Interested in ideas and input on finding deals, all aspects of remodels for rental properties, such as level of upgrading, specific tenant-friendly materials, etc. Also interested in learning about how to develop a good lease and everything else related to this type of investment. I have some experience in investment properties in Chicago, Washington State, and now in the DFW area. Looking to expand/diversify regarding locations (right now mostly in the central Texas or Kansas City areas but, really, any good investment) as well as multi-family property if I can find a good buy. I appreciate any input/advice and, although I'm truly a beginner, am very happy to offer help here as well.
