Brandon Gadish

Brandon Gadish is the Founder and CEO of Landlord Technology LLC. Over the last 17 years, Brandon purchased, managed, and sold numerous investment properties. Through experience and understanding the needs of investors and property managers, Brandon established Landlord Technology LLC, a company serving the real estate investor, and property management community in automatic rent collection, tenant background screenings, property advertising, and more. Brandon graduated from Idaho State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2001 Brandon began his career in Engineering and quickly moved into managerial positions responsible for more than $100 Million of construction budget and scope. Brandon continued to pursue his passion for real estate, and in 2009 launched a small startup company. That startup company named Landlord Technology now serves landlords and property managers throughout the United States. The company continues to grow and is positioned execute Brandon’s vision of expanding to provide services internationally. Brandon’s primary focus is developing and maintaining strategic relationships and providing superior customer service to support the continued growth of Landlord Technology. Brandon also continues to partner with and mentor real estate investors specializing in non-traditional real estate investment strategies.
