What’s up BP, my name is Landon! I'm 29 years old. I'm the owner and founder of Grand Cedar Properties. My wife Sydney and I started our RE journey buying a duplex to house hack in March of 2021. From there that quickly lead to wholesaling, fix and flipping, creative finance and partnerships. We now own 14 doors, done over 5 dozen wholesale deals, and completed a number of fix and flips. I was able to leave my W2 beginning of 2023. I now work full time on my business (not in my business lol jk still working on that).
