I invest in long-term rentals and BRRRRs, mostly analyzing markets remotely before committing capital. My background is in software, so when my underwriting workflow got messy enough I ended up building my own tooling to connect market research to property-level analysis - it's what I spend most of my time on now, both using it and improving it. I'm on here to learn from investors with more reps than me and to contribute where I can, especially around deal analysis and making sense of market data.
