I have always been fascinated with real estate and home building. Purchased my first rental in 2005 and my second in 2015. My wife and I currently own and manage 7 units, one in Grand Forks ND with the Remaining in Sioux Falls. We are looking to add 2-3 units to our profile each year. We prefer homes in the central part of Sioux Falls and are interested in properties near downtown. Experience: I have been buying and building homes part-time since 2000... recently upped our game and purchased 4 properties in the last 12 months!
