I am a single motivated woman interested in learning to invest in real estate with little or no money down. I am a health care professional in the Parkville,MD area. My goal is to be my own boss and retain a consistent cash flow from my properties. I view the home improvement shows and I have decided to take action to start moving toward my goal, to purchase, hold repair, and rent out a properties.
