I am a Husband first, then Construction Super, then Real Estate Investor. Although I've been working a FT job in Construction Management for the last 14 years which has given me a lot of knowledge on running projects and contractors, my life goal and true passion is in REI. My wife and I house hacked then flipped our first home in 2017, currently own 7 rental units, have flipped 3 other homes, and currently live in a Lakehouse that we Airbnb on the weekends. Currently looking for our next investment deal in order to complete our goal of 16 units this year.
