I am located in Southeast Louisiana and have been an active investor in the real estate industry for over 25 years. I am a licensed LA real estate agent and residential real estate appraiser. I bought my first house to flip when I was 23 years old while I was still living in an apartment. I secured the financing from a "friend of a friend" and did the work myself.... we all start some where and usually it's not with much money. When I am not spending time with my family, my passion in life has always been working in the real estate industry in any capacity. Over the years I have been involved with renovating, new construction, REO, rentals, property tax sales and most recently getting my real estate license and helping other people buy, sell and invest in real estate. I bought my first property tax lien in 2009 with a couple thousand dollars. For the last 10+ years my primary real estate investment strategy has been property tax sales. To date, I have purchased 1000's of property tax liens and have quieted title on several properties. A few years ago I decided to get my real estate license, so I could help other investors like myself, but also so I had access to more tools for my own investing. I am also a licensed real estate appraiser. Additionally, I have a lot of experience with online marketing and keep up with the latest technology. I own a Matterport Pro 2 camera and have 3D scanned 100’s of houses. Areas of the Real Estate Industry I focus on today: - Louisiana Property Tax Sales - Title Research - Assisting other investors in buying and selling real estate - Helping landlords use the latest technology to rent and protect their rental property - Residential property appraisals.
