I'm a newbie real estate investor who purchased my first income property in June 2015. Shortly before purchasing it, I was hit with serious incurable debilitating health issues which changed my life and took my business down along with it (but I managed to hang onto my income property). I am currently working on building things back up so that hopefully one day I can purchase my 2nd income property!
