I am a licensed REALTOR and I have over 26 years of combined experience in Real Estate in both residential and commercial property management. I serve as Director of Property Management (residential & commercial) for a local real estate firm which owns and manages both residential and commercial assets. I offer private, one-on-one Residential & Commercial Property Management Consulting services to both new and experienced real estate investors nationwide. In short, I help investors solve their property management problems and in doing so, I save them time & money. Through identifying their property management pain points and deep diving into their their current property management strategy, I am able to effectively help them achieve their real estate investment goals. In my spare time, I like to play around with my interior design software and create beautiful interior spaces or I light an aromatherapy candle, sip a cup of hot green tea and dig into a good hardcover book (typically self improvement or real estate related titles). I am currently reading J. Scott & Dave Meyers' book Real Estate By The Numbers. Through my years of actual experience, I have greatly increased my knowledge base (and patience) while working side by side, hand-in-hand, with residential and commercial property owners, tenants and vendors. True professionalism is what I pride myself on and I get the job done, whatever the task may be. I continually network with other real estate professionals and investors on BP and I enjoy providing value to this forum.
