Hello, I am a multi-family wholesaler and also a Commercial Mortgage Broker. I am looking to connect with buyers of commercial multi-family real estate in the Chicago suburbs and nationwide borrowers that are looking to fund their real estate investments. I specialize in small balance commercial loans (investor or owner/user), hard money/rehab loans and transactional funding. As an experienced investor, I am happy to advise clients that are new to commercial real estate the differences between residential and commercial real estate.
