My Husband(Gabe) and I have several single family properties, multi-family, motel and trailer park. Gabe is a master electrician and runs the construction/maintenance aspects of our deals. I am a non-working Registered Nurse now as real estate is our primary focus. I also have a Brokers license and manage properties for other investors in the area. I am looking forward to my husband quitting his job this year and both of us working within our real estate business.
