I'm a real estate investor, real estate attorney and I own an investor friendly title company. All of this along with the fact that more than half of my clients are investors puts me in a very unique position when it comes to real estate investing and giving advice to clients. On any given day I will hear everything from "how can I get my deposit back" to "the signature on that satisfaction of mortgage is forged". There is never a dull moment. I enjoy finding unique tools to help my clients achieve their goals. Experience: I have been an attorney for over 14 years; 11 of them as a real estate attorney. I have been involved in real estate in some capacity or another since 2006 and have helped facilitate 1000's of deals. Real Estate Goals: Spot real estate trends and traps and use that knowledge to advise clients accordingly.
