My Husband, Ian and I have lived in Portland area for almost 3yrs now. We hail from the great Midwest, Chicago, IL. We love Oregon and everything the west coast has to offer. Ian and I are finally ready to take the leap into real estate investments. We are newbies and would appreciate any suggestions or advice anyone has to offer. We are reading everything and anything.
