We started with wholesaling in 2015, started building our portfolio in 2019 with conventional lending, then in 2023 leveraged the BRRRR method and creative financing to rapidly scale from 4 to 21 properties in just 17 months, all while initally both working full-time W-2 positions and balancing family life.
