Laura Oliveira Blum

As an Investment Sales Specialist, I facilitate acquisitions and dispositions of all asset types in NYC and additional markets across the U.S. My company also acts as an equity partner, developer and is active in the real estate debt space as well. In order to deliver the greatest value to my clients — whether they are buyers, sellers, developers or investors — I keep them in mind constantly, lobby for them, and try to set them up in the best situation, not what is in my best interest. Born in Brazil to a biochemist and a businesswoman, I have also lived in Austria as an exchange student and in Switzerland while working at the U.N. I hold a B.A. in International Relations, and am trained in photography and filmmaking. Fluent in English and Portuguese, my native language, I'm also conversational in Spanish, German and French. My goal is to rise by lifting others, and I consider volunteering at a shelter as one of the most rewarding and insightful experiences of my life.
