Experience: i have only purchased my own residence. i'm in my fourth house. i also helped my husband fix up and sell his house that i he lived in before we got married. it was kind of a flip. Real Estate Goals: my goal is to improve my quality of life by replacing the income i have now( by doing physical labor/cleaning) with an income that i produce through real estate investing. I want to have financial freedom, take more vacations, help my family more, prepare for retirement and have a passive income.Flipping houses looks really fun and extremely satisfying. i love transforming things, my own house, furniture etc. But after seventy thousand hours of podcasts and other research i have shifted my goals to buy and hold. Currently Seeking: more education and a mentor for right now. Maybe getting a real estate license. Then the first deal.
