Hello, I invest with my husband, Ron Schindler, in properties in Central Florida and Alabama. I'd love to chat with anyone local. We have 10 rentals so far. We focus on doing the BRRRR strategy and flips. As for my personal hobbies, I used to semi-professionally breed ball pythons and rodents for 11 years. But now I don't have time because I'm focusing all my effort on my daughter and son. (They are the cutest, sweetest, smartest babies in existence.)
