Investor and Art Therapist Experience: I have long been a fan of REI and come from generational investors that believe in earning your own way. I began by purchasing buy and holds out of state. I eventually sold off Ohio properties, and bought in California...completely backwards from most investors! Though backwards, this approach fit with my long-term goals and investment model.
