I have been a real estate investor since 2017, when I bought my second home and rented out my first. Since then, I've sold that SFR and bought a duplex. Then, I got married, and my husband and I sold that second home and bought a Bed & Breakfast with vacation cottages in the back that we finished renovating in December 2020. We are working towards becoming work optional in the next 5-10 years.
