Hi! I'm Lauren, and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I work in hospitality/travel, as auction support for Auction.com, and as a part time LegalShield agent. My husband James and I have only dabbled in real estate investing and are looking forward to getting our first real deal. We got a taste of real estate by having an Airbnb in North Arlington until 2019 when we sold our condo and now have some funds for a down payment for our next investment. We purchased again in 2016 and in 2024. Our next goal is to buy a short term rental over the next 3-6 months in a market that makes sense, either locally or long distance. When I'm not working, you can find me at home with my kids, family and friends, exploring locally or abroad, or at the gym because apparently you have to show up to get results lol!
