Lauren Munar

I'm a first-time homeowner that has thoroughly enjoyed the process of making small updates to her home for maximum return. I love the creative process of researching architectural history, paint colors, landscaping, materials, etc. I'm a maker and enjoy getting my hands dirty so not afraid to take on a project. My background is in early-stage start-ups and I've been grinding for 15 years in this space with little to show financially for all my years of hard work and am seeking paths to passive wealth and upward mobility that also utilize my creativity. The home I purchased 3 years ago is in a quickly gentrifying neighborhood of Los Angeles and I'm motivated to replicate what I've done with my own home so that other middle class homeowners can find affordable, beautiful and efficient homes within the the city limits. I also recently began assisting two top agents in ATL to get a better feel for the business.
