I am a freelance copywriter/editor who is passionate about real estate. Our strategy is to buy and hold (so far anyway). We have a fourplex, a duplex and 2 single family homes. Experience: I've bought 2 pieces of vacant property and 2 homes since 1997. I've been a landlord since 2012. We currently have 8 front doors. Real Estate Goals: We hope to acquire enough rental properties to make property management a full-time, well-enough paying career for one of us in the next 3-5 years, and eventually both of us.
