My husband, Wolfgang, and I work together as a Real Estate team in Ventura County, my hometown. We have done two primary residence slow flips and are currently on our third project. We own an out of state fourplex that we are almost done renovating. We are full time real estate agents and are looking to invest in additional multifamily properties locally or out of state.
