About myself
I am a newbie interested in Buy & Hold (BRRRR method) to build capital and to be able to rent by the room to college students and young professionals in my area. I am here to learn as much as I can so that I can leap when it feels right. I am doing my part by researching and reading and I would appreciate the opportunity to gain further knowledge from other new and seasoned investors.
