I am the Regional Manager for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC. At Exeter we handle all types of 1031 Exchange transactions from the very simple to the extremely complex. We have experience and expertise in all types of 1031 Exchange structures including forward, reverse, improvement, foreign property and personal property. Experience: I started my career in real estate close to 15 years ago. I first started in the real estate world as a residential mortgage analyst. I then worked for Inland Real Estate Group/Inland Securities in Oak Brook for close to 10 years. I now am the Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and cover the Midwest Region.
