I am in my late forties and a federal employee of eighteen years. I am also avirgin when it comes to real estate and flipping but I am wanting to learn for the purpose of helping myself and mostly my daughter in her dream. I have always had interests in real estate and the discipline and organizational skills that it requires but not having the financial means and time due to life and family responsibilities was always the issue. And now my daughter talks about the dreams that I use to talk to her about during our time of watching remodeling shows and I would love to get information to help her make this endeavor a possibility. When it comes to kids you have to get it while it's hot , so I figured it would be perfect to have information in place for her and myself when she comes back home from deployment and see what we as a family can do to leave a legacy.
