Lawrence Briggs

Lawrence Briggs is the Poverty Kid turned Real Estate Investor! In his first year as an investor, he purchased 2 rental properties within 6 months of each other. Before becoming a real estate investor and self-managing landlord, Lawrence oversaw marketing and leasing for two publicly traded Student Housing companies. A native of New Orleans and raised by a single mother, he is a Summa cum laude graduate of Nicholls State University. As seen on the BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie 90-Day Mentorship series, he expressed his mission of breaking generational poverty by investing in real estate.
