My goal is to buy my first home in Las Vegas by February 2020 using my VA loan. I plan to “house hack” and continue that process for the next 3-4 years. I’m looking for a home in the Summerlin and centennial hills areas that have 5 or more rooms. I have a mentor in OKC that I raise money for because he seems to have more deals than cash these days.
