I am a second generation real estate broker, born and raised in San Diego. My specialties include residential investing, primarily 2-4 unit properties and single family buy/hold and fix/flip. I'm passionate about helping investors build and manage their real estate portfolios, especially newer investors just getting started. My experience in real estate investing started with helping my family renovate properties as a teenager. Over the years we've bought/sold/managed/fixed/flipped single family homes, multiunits and even built/developed a larger commercial project.
