About myself
I own a real estate investment business in the greater Philadelphia area. I market like crazy to find awesome off-market deals. My business primarily revolves around wholesaling those deals to others. I got started in real estate through my HVAC business, Lawrence LaMantia Heating and Air, which I continue to operate.
