Hello BP community! Just another real estate addict from South Texas. I decided to take the plunge on my first property where many 1st timers would shy away from. We only did a complete plumbing reroute (removed all cast iron pipe under concrete slab as well), installed 11 piers in a slab foundation, installed new A/C and ducting system ( in an army crawl attic space), all new paint inside/out, flooring, electrical, windows, exterior siding, and it keeps going. All this in 4 weeks with no prior experience but only knowledge. From closing on the property to having a tenant moving in took exactly 5 weeks. And this...is when the addiction began.
