Brad Chandler

I grew up in Charlottesville Virginia and read a book on how to buy real estate with no money down when I was in 9th grade. From that point on I knew I wanted to do real estate investing. I started Express Homebuyers with a negative $80,000 in 2003. Since then, I've grown it to a company that does 200+ wholesale deals per year and runs without my day to day involvement. In 2017 I started Brad Chandler Coaching to teach investors at all levels how to start and/or grow their real estate investing business.
