In December 2019 I left a large corporation after putting in 25 years. I had been trying to maintain that job and invest in real estate and finally realized I wasn't able to do justice to both so I took the plunge. I had sold off all my rental property so I am starting at square one again and am now a full time Realtor and investor. My goal now is to build up enough passive income from investing so that my Realtor earnings are icing on the cake!
