I like to have fun in my life. I know how to spot a good deal and attack it. I know my numbers and most importantly I excel at knowing almost to a pinpoint my ARV values. (Ok let's be real, for the most part I am really good, like really good at my exit numbers, I have obviously been wrong a few times) I also know my weak areas so i am not a hypocrite. I surround myself with like-minded young entrepreneurs who have a thirst for success and life combined. Liquid for the next down turn! Might be happening soon. But who really knows....
