Leah Miller

I am an Asheville native and my family owns our Real Estate Firm in Asheville, NC. My dad has been in the biz since I was born, so real estate is in my blood! I moved away to Charleston, SC for college and after school ran a tile showroom where I learned lots about construction and design. I got my real estate license while still in SC, and the mountains called me home about 5 years ago. I immediately dove into real estate full time with my families business, & bought and renovated my first home. I got the bug with my first one (recently had it appraised and gained lots of equity with the improvements I made), so I recently bought another investment down the street that I’m working on with my contractor partner now. We may sell or we may practice the BRRRR strategy. I bought it because it has a basement that can also be finished and could potentially bring two rental incomes. I like having options ;).
