Hey there! I'm Rene (she/her) and I'm a real estate investor in the amazing state of Colorado and a Community Manager here on the BP team! Long-term investor with a buy and hold strategy, and a DIY attitude. I grew up in homes my father fixed and flipped himself in California, and I purchased my first property in 2018, a 2/1 condo I house hacked to help pay the mortgage. Now my small but mighty portfolio includes 2 condos in Denver, a single family live-and-flip, and a piece of raw land in the Rockies that I look forward to living on one day.
