Investing in Real Estate is a passion of mine which I never had enough time to devote to. In order to get better results I am a stern believer that you must do what you've never done. I have experience investing in Residential single family home; Property Management - Collecting rents, Evictions, Tenant application screening, Repairs. My investing interests include Purchasing light fixer upper projects to flip, or hold as rental property: Residential Multi-Family, and Small Multi-Unit Commercial apartment buildings
