M.B.A Management I own and manage Valencia Property Solutions. I am also a Fleet Director for a Utility/Electrical company. I am married with three daughters and they are my motivation for REI. I grew up in Redlands Ca. I moved to Texas after serving in the U.S. Army as an electrician/avionics technician on helicopters. I was an 82nd Airborne paratrooper in the army. I have managed more than 20,000 assets valued at more than a billion dollars. I have been a top performer in sales positions, asset management, and business operations.
